| Medications Brought From Home |

You should bring a complete
list of medications, including prescription and over the counter
medications, with you to the hospital. This list will be checked and
your physician will determine which ones you will take while
hospitalized. Any medications that are brought from home should be sent
home with a relative or sent to the hospital pharmacy to be stored.
Exceptions to this would include medications brought from home and
approved for use in the hospital by your physician.
