careLearning is mandatory online education and training designed to help health care organizations by providing reliable, trusted, and easily-accessible talent management solutions. Deadline is typically December 1.

  • 1. Navigate to careLearning’s website.

    2. Click “Student Login” → “LMS Login” and enter your provided student ID and password.

    3. Under the “Classrooms” section, click the course you wish to start.

CPSI

CPSI (Computer Programs & Systems, Inc.) is a healthcare company based out of Mobile, AL. Two of its subsidiaries are Evident and TruBridge. Those subsidiaries maintain Thrive EHR and and Electronic Paystubs respectively.

  • myCPSI is used for submitting situation “SIT” tickets to CPSI support. If you require access, please notify IT.

LMA Training via Teachable

Louisiana Municipal Association offers online training for various courses such as sexual harassment prevention and cybersecurity awareness.

  • If you believe you have completed a course, but the certificate is inaccessible, try the following:

    1. Log into LMA using a different web browser or device.

    2. Play any video within the course completely without skipping. Fast-forwarding videos will not work.

    3. Make sure to answer all the course's questions.

Hospital Policies

Accessible while on our campus only, our policies and procedures are available to all staff. In addition, department directors are able to remotely access their manuals.

  • • Call to report any non-compliance with federal laws or statues or if you have a question about compliance.

    • Calls may be made anonymously or openly.

    • All issues reported to hospital compliance will be investigated and corrected as warranted by the investigation.

Emergency Contact Information

Make sure your emergency contact information is up to date by filling out the form which is accessible on every PCGH desktop. We utilize a mass notification system that will alert PCGH employees in times of emergencies.

 

LA Wallet app

Just as the LA Wallet app holds a free, legal, and digital version of your driver’s license on file with the state, it also holds the digital version of your vaccination status on file with the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH).

Alternatively, you can request vaccination records from LDH.

Lost & Found

Any items of value (such as jewelry, wallets, money, credit cards, electronic devices, etc.) found in the hospital or on its campus must be taken immediately to Administration.

Persons inquiring of lost articles should be referred to Administration.
