F/T Clinical Project Manager
Summary: Responsible for providing oversight of the Medicaid Managed Care Incentive Payment Program. Provides operational oversight of assigned programs through monitoring/evaluating systems, processes, outcomes, and culture ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice. This position collaborates with healthcare leaders in Pointe Coupee, to create, implement, and advance the Medicaid Managed Care Incentive Payment Program.
Qualifications: Current registration with Louisiana State Board of Nursing. Five (5) years healthcare experience working in a clinical setting as a registered nurse. Management experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with all levels of staff. Experience in Diabetes management preferred.

PRN Emergency Department Technician
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have completed a minimum of one (1) nursing clinical course of an accredited nursing program. Must possess current basic cardiac life support certification.
Must be able to withstand strenuous physical activity such as constant standing and walking during work periods, turning, lifting, stooping, bending, stretching and lifting to assist patients. Manual dexterity to administer care. Visual and aural acuity to detect changes in patients’ conditions.
As needed. Must be able to work 8 and 12 hour shifts to include days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and shift rotation as assigned.
PRN Admissions Representative
Bachelor degree preferred. High school diploma required. One (1) year experience in a hospital, similar medical facility, or physician’s office preferred. Ability to communicate in a clear & concise manner, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of medical terminology. Experience with automated systems. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements: Mobility by standing and walking required. Physical fitness abilities to stoop, bend, stretch, push, pull, & reach. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Visual acuity to use computer system and to verify accuracy of written material.
Work Schedule: Must be able to work all shifts and rotations as assigned.
