PCGH Partners with Baton Rouge Radiology Group

Baton Rouge Radiology Group (BRRG) will now be providing radiology services for Pointe Coupee General Hospital. Since 1951, BRRG has earned the distinct reputation as the leader in accurate diagnostic imaging and prompt reporting. The group consists of 25 highly trained specialized radiologists. BRRG will offer coverage in 10 different fields of medicine including general systems, neurology, mammography, and interventional radiology. “This new radiology team has the expertise and skills that we need to provide our patients with top-quality imaging services. These physicians are highly regarded in their field and will significantly enhance our outpatient and inpatient services,” stated Tess Jarreau, Radiology Director at PCGH.

The hospital's imaging modalities include radiology, CT, MRI, and ultrasound. Through advanced technology, BRRG can view radiologic images 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Baton Rouge Radiology physician, Dr. William Gregoire, stated, “We are extremely pleased to have been selected to provide our services to Pointe Coupee General. We look forward to becoming part of the exciting growth in this community and at the hospital.”

One of the BRRG practicing physicians is Pointe Coupee native, Dr. Adam Grezaffi. Dr. Grezaffi earned his medical degree from LSU and received his fellowship training in Interventional Radiology from Duke University.
